ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Trinity, the owner of Tribody Fitness and Stage Elegance Posing. Growing up, I was pretty active and didn't have much trouble maintaining a healthy weight. As I got older, like most people, I became more sedentary, and my diet wasn't the healthiest. I began to gain weight and just felt generally unhealthy and tired. I tried many times to get in shape, only to go back to my old habits.

As my 40th birthday loomed closer, I knew I had to make a change, I started slowly, changing my habits one at a time. I began to look and feel better, and I decided to make a goal of becoming a bikini competitor. I stepped onstage for the first time in 2019 at the age of 44! I placed first in the Masters 45+ bikini class in my last show of the 2020 season. My other career highlights so far are winning Best Poser in 2021, earning my pro card in the WNBF and ANBF in 2022, taking first place in my very first WNBF pro show, and winning 2nd place at the WNBF World Championships in 2023!

I currently work as a hospital pharmacist in Arkansas, but I was a teacher in my former career. I still love teaching, which lead me to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified coach. I want to teach others how to incorporate fitness into their lives. You can stop the back and forth cycle of losing and gaining, depriving and overindulging! You can make fitness a lifestyle! The Tribody Fitness approach involves three areas: training, nutrition, and recovery. I believe all three of these areas are equally important for reaching your fitness goals. You must exercise to make your body strong and maintain your health. You must fuel your body with proper nutrition to keep it running smoothly. And you must allow time for recovery, which is when your body rebuilds and becomes stronger.
