WHY SHOULD I HIRE AN ONLINE COACH?

In-person trainers and coaches can only be accessed at the gym, during that session.  If you hire me to be your online fitness coach, I'll be there for you more than just when I'm scheduled to be.  We can build a program around your schedule, at home or at the gym, on your own time.  You can have peace of mind knowing that your fitness can be designed to fit your daily life.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

After filling out a questionnaire to assess your health and fitness history and goals, you will be provided a program based on the services you choose.  Updates can be done via email, messaging, phone calls, Facetime, and you will be given feedback, suggestions, and support to help you reach your goals!

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

Our online services include training programs for general fitness, fat loss, and muscle building.  We also offer nutritional coaching as part of your training program, or as a separate program.  For those interested in bikini competitions, we offer training and nutrition programs to take you from prep to peak week to the off season.

WHAT IS FLEXIBLE DIETING?

Flexible dieting is a way of eating that is not restrictive, and is based on foods you enjoy.  No food groups are off limits!  You are given nutritional recommendations based on your goals, and you choose what foods to eat to meet those goals.  A healthy, well-balanced diet is encouraged, with the understanding that the occasional less-healthy choice is necessary to maintain a diet that is sustainable for you.

I'M NEW TO FITNESS.  DO YOU HAVE BEGINNER PROGRAMS?

Definitely!  Based on your exercise history and your goals, a program can be designed for any level -- even complete beginners!

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS?

Yes!  If you choose one of the customized program packages, you will get a program for YOU, based on your goals, your current physique and activity level, and your preferences.  The program will be changed periodically as needed to continue making progress.

WHAT IS YOUR FITNESS PHILOSOPHY?

I believe in sustainable, lifelong fitness!  This means no quick fixes, no crash diets, and no hours and hours of cardio.  A diet and exercise program is not something you go "on" and "off" of.  I believe in finding the right training program and diet that you can maintain with your lifestyle.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROGRAMS LIKE?

Training programs include resistance training, which can be done at the gym or at home, depending on what equipment you have available.  Programs also include some cardio to keep your heart healthy.  Your heart is a muscle too!  Nutrition programs include recommended amounts of protein, carbs, fat, and total calories.  Your food logs will also be reviewed and suggestions will be given to help you implement better nutritional choices.  With both programs, you will get encouragement, motivation, support, and tools to implement changes.
